Long gun carry is still legal and so are many other ways to carry handguns if you fall in an exempted situation. Airguns may also be purchased and carried both handgun and long gun styles.

When in doubt there is locked unloaded concealed carry.

Open Carry Ban passed through the Assembly Public Safety. Next it will be heard by the Assembly Appropriations. There are 7-8 steps where we are given chances to defeat this bill. We now need to focus on the fiscal aspects of the bill above 50K or reimbursable expenses not accounted for. Keep sending oppositions against this bill and keep up the good fight.
